Data Collected Automatically

bank/payment details: in order to collect subscription fee from you and submit payments to you, we need to collect your bank account and sort code;
business related information: your business name, a description of your business, titles, names, and bios of your staff members;
availability and scheduling information: information about your business calendars and staff availability from your Prolyncs account;
social media information: information from your Facebook page, Twitter feed, LinkedIn profile, Yelp ratings and additional publicly available data; and
customer information: where you upload your customer database to our servers, we will retain the personal information it contains subject to our Data Retention Policy.



For End Users

We collect personal information when you use our Services. This may include:

areas of interest: including the types of Partner offerings that interest you;
referrals: information about friends who referred you, or who you have referred to Prolyncs;
correspondence: copies of correspondence, text, email and other communications you have with us or with Partners via the your Prolyncs account;
participation: we will collect and retain the comments, Reviews you make on our marketplace Prolyncs from time to time, including those you make on our social media pages;
transaction details: Information about how you interact with Prolyncs.com , such as business services you view, purchase, redeem, and/or post, and the Service Providers you add to your favourites page.

We may receive personal information about you from other sources with which you have registered, Service Providers, business partners, affiliate entities or other third parties. For example, if an End User or Service Provider creates an account on Prolyncs through one of our registration partners, such as Google or Facebook, we may collect personal information from those websites. We may associate this information with the other personal information we have collected about you.



Information About Others

Through your use of the Services, we may also collect information from you about someone else. If you provide Prolyncs with personal information about someone else, you must ensure that you are authorised to disclose that information to Prolyncs and that, without Prolyncs taking any further steps required by applicable data protection or privacy laws, Prolyncs may collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes described in this Policy. If Prolyncs has been given personal information about you by another user and you would not like us to retain it, please contact our Privacy officer via email at Support@prolyncs.com, and we will delete it.

Our Websites use Google Analytics to show relevant adverts to users who have previously visited us as they browse the web. This enables us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. You may see Prolyncs or one of our Partners in search results pages (using Google Adwords), on YouTube, in banner adverts on Gmail and on other services run by Google.

Any information collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.



How We Use Personal Data

Data collected on our Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

  • Make payments via prolyncs for services;

Who We Share Personal Data With

Prolyncs Marketplace: We may share some or all of Service Provider personal information, including but not limited to booking information, employee names, Service offerings, ratings and reviews, prices and discounts, appointment availability, and related data with end users who visit prolyncs market place or have signed up or registered for Prolyncs and with Prolyncs business partners and affiliates with which Prolyncs is working:

Service Providers have the option to turn off the Marketplace listing functionality.

Third Parties

We may share user data with the following third parties:

  • Marketing Agencies;
  • Partners & Service Providers;
  • Social Media Platforms Such as Facebook or Instagram;
  • Google via API’s integrations used by Prolyncs; and
  • Prolyncs will collect and process all payments on behalf of service providers through recognized Payment Gateway Providers such as Stripe.

We may share the following user data with third parties:

  • Appointment booking information that includes personal details;
  • Booking Alerts via text, prolyncs app and email;
  • Payment Card Information such credit or debit card information; and
  • Customer reviews and feedback by end users on Prolyncs

We may share end user, service provider data with third parties for the following purposes:

  • To process payments seamlessly;
  • Appointments booking information is shared with service providers to provide better customer experience and to modify or cancel appointments; and
  • Send Alerts via emails, texts to notify end users & Service providers and their employees regarding upcoming appointments.

  • Administrative and Communication Services
  • Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.
  • Send referrals and Register links to end users & Service providers and their employees
  • Service Provider personal information may appear in search engine results; and such results may include a service booking link to schedule an appointment through Prolyncs
  • Promote Service Provider products and services via online and offline advertising and promotional media, including, but not limited to Google, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, email distribution lists, and third-party business partners and affiliates

All the disclosures to the third parties and prolyncs partners will be on the basis that they are required to keep the information we give them confidential and secure, and will not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for us.



Other Disclosures

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

If the law requires it;
If it is required for any legal proceeding;
To prove or protect our legal rights; and
To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.

We promote and request our users to not share their Prolyncs login information with anyone.

The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical such as external networks or user devices.
